Charlie Fairchild’s values are vital to his life and his career. He believes in making the complex simple, finding a perspective that serves you, and makes the future hopeful! Growing up, he was surrounded by entrepreneurs including his parents and his grandparents. In his words, “Business was the language that we spoke.” He pursued a successful career in real estate management and development, much of that time spent with Pulte Homes and Del Webb. In that time he gained valuable knowledge and experience in the industry.

In a plot twist that changed his life, Charlie realized that he missed connection, face-to-face time with his clients, and the ability to help people on a personal level. Leaving development and moving into Sales allowed him to pursue the ultimate values in his life. It reminded him that connection is key—his connection to others, and his ability to help others connect. Being able to take this huge world and turn it into a family that helps each other when needed is part of what makes Charlie’s business thrive, and what makes him an amazing real estate agent. His ability to solve problems by “keeping the end in mind” and staying focused on solutions, puts him in a league of his own.

Life is never boring in his household and getting excited about family and fun is a necessity. With three kids, and an amazing spouse that owns a thriving florist business, life is never dull and multiple cups of coffee are mandatory to get through the day. When he isn’t making home-ownership dreams come true, you can find him outdoors, doing building projects, and connecting with others spiritually as a pastor and elder of a local congregation. Above all, Charlie believes that giving to others is a full-time job, and one that he will continue to pursue through his career, his family, the church, and his life.
